Dissapointed is the one word that comes to mind
"I was really looking forward to this concert as a huge fan of Lucky Daye's music. Lucky Daye has an exceptional voice and doesn't need the music to overpower him. My favorite part of the show was when I could clearly hear him sing and the band was more in the background. My husband also mentioned that he thought the sound quality was terrible (especially the first two songs) and also too loud. I really love Lucky Daye's music and maybe I was just expecting too much. Again, for the price of the two tickets ($469.05), we were certainly underwhelmed. I should also point out that we attend A LOT of concerts so we are familiar with different performers as well as the venue."
